All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post,  and Australia Post & Fedex international shipments.

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal conditions:

  • Australia: 2–5 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • North America (US & Canada): 10–21 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Domestic (Australia)

  • Orders under $150 AUD: $13 AUD Flat Rate Shipping

  • Orders over $150 AUD: FREE Shipping

International (Worldwide)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Rates are based on parcel weight, size, and destination, as determined by Australia Post.
