Damaged Items and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you notice any defective or damaged items, or if you've received the wrong product, kindly reach out to us immediately at contact@ikkihome.com. We will review the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

To assist with the evaluation, please provide the following information:

  1. Photos of the damaged or defective items.

  2. A picture of the shipping container, including the shipping label.

  3. A photo of any internal packaging, such as wrapping or bubble wrap.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse. We encourage you to follow the care instructions provided with your items. Any damage resulting from improper handling will not be covered.


Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges so please choose carefully.

 

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
